11月23日，杭州世外中学白鹭未来俱乐部的两支队伍在未来之城®（Future City）展评上海世外教育集团专场中取得了优异成绩。其中城市设计组Floatopia获得一等奖，模块创新设计组沄舟获得二等奖，顺利晋级全国赛！

On November 23rd, two teams from our school achieved excellent results at the Future City®, successfully advancing to the national competition!

今年的竞赛主题为“漂浮城市”，学生们以卓越的创意、缜密的调研和精心的团队协作，打造了一座科技与人文融合的未来之城，获得评审团的高度赞赏。“漂浮城市”这一主题旨在应对全球气候变化、海平面上升等挑战，探索如何构建可持续发展的海上居住环境。参赛队伍需要设计一座100年后漂浮于水面上的未来城市，并全面考虑能源、食物、水资源供应、交通运输及居民幸福感等关键因素。

The competition theme was Floating City, and the students, with their outstanding creativity, meticulous research, and careful teamwork, built a future city that integrates technology and humanity, earning high praise from the judges. The theme of Floating City aims to address global challenges such as climate change and rising sea levels, exploring how to construct a sustainable living environment on the sea. The teams were required to design a future city floating on water 100 years from now, taking key factors, such as energy, food, water supply, transportation, and residents' well-being into comprehensive consideration.

准备过程全揭秘

头脑风暴与讨论

比赛初期，同学们召开了多次小组讨论，围绕漂浮城市的概念展开头脑风暴。大家集思广益，提出了许多新颖的想法，例如自给自足的生态系统、利用可再生能源的智能交通，以及能够自愈的建筑材料等。

In the early stages of the competition, the students held multiple group discussions and came up with many innovative ideas, such as a self-sufficient ecosystem, intelligent transportation utilizing renewable energy, and self-healing building materials.

深入调研与数据分析

为了让设计更加科学合理，同学们进行了广泛的调研，最终讨论确定了制作方案。他们查阅了关于漂浮城市、气候变化和可持续发展的资料，收集了相关数据，确保设计符合未来社会需求。

To make the design more scientifically sound and rational, the students consulted a large amount of literature, gathered relevant data, and ensured that the design met the needs of future society.

目标城市与概念确定

经过反复讨论，团队最终将目标城市设定为“海上生态宜居之城”。他们设想了一座由多个六边形浮岛组成的城市，这些浮岛既能稳定漂浮，又能抵御极端天气。同时，城市中还设计了绿色农业综合体、雨水收集系统以及智能交通网络。

After discussions, the team ultimately determined to design a “Marine Ecological Livable City.” They envisioned a city composed of multiple hexagonal floating islands, which are not only capable of stably floating but also resistant to extreme weather. Additionally, the city includes designs for green agricultural complexes, rainwater collection systems, and intelligent transportation networks.

论文撰写与方案完善

在指导老师的帮助下，团队撰写了详细的项目报告，论证了城市规划的可行性、环保性及创新性。他们从生态环境保护、能源利用效率到居民生活质量等方面，逐一分析并优化设计方案。

With the help of their mentor, the team wrote a detailed project report, arguing for the feasibility, environmental sustainability, and innovativeness of the city planning.

模型制作与创意呈现

团队用环保材料制作了城市模型，每个细节都精心雕琢，生动展示了未来漂浮城市的全貌。模型不仅展现了城市结构的科学性，还融入了美观的绿化设计和智能化设施。

The team used environmentally friendly materials to create a city model. The model not only showcased the scientific nature of the city's structure but also integrated attractive green designs and intelligent facilities.

答辩与评审环节

在最终的答辩环节，同学们自信地向评审团展示了他们的成果。他们逻辑清晰、语言流畅，并通过现场问答充分展示了对项目的深入理解与团队协作的默契。评审团对他们的创新能力和实践精神给予了高度评价。

In the final presentation and Q&A session, the students presented their project with clear logic and fluent language, and fully demonstrated their deep understanding of the project and the excellent team coordination.

未来之城，不仅仅是一次竞赛，更是一次激发创造力、锻炼团队合作能力的宝贵经历。同学们用智慧与汗水绘就了未来城市的美好蓝图。他们的努力与成果，不仅展现了新时代青少年的创新精神，也为我们未来的可持续发展提供了更多的启示。让我们一起期待晋级全国赛的同学们带来更多的精彩！

Future City is a valuable experience that sparks creativity and enhances teamwork skills. The students' efforts and achievements not only display the innovative spirit of the youth in the new era but also provide more insights for our future sustainable development.
